What SonaMinds is for

What is SonaMinds?

SonaMinds is a web application for turning expert-owned documents, courses, FAQs, templates, transcripts, and methods into controlled AI Assistants with grounded answers, citations, client access, quotas, and usage records.

Who is SonaMinds for?

It is for experts, creators, consultants, educators, coaches, authors, and knowledge-based businesses that want a safer first layer of access to their own knowledge.

Is SonaMinds a general chatbot?

No. SonaMinds is designed for specific expert knowledge, methods, explanations, and service boundaries. It is not meant to answer every topic from broad model knowledge.

Is SonaMinds a RAG tool, a chatbot, or a knowledge service platform?

SonaMinds uses retrieval and chat interaction, but its product focus is controlled expert knowledge service: turning expert-owned materials, methods, and access boundaries into client-facing AI Assistants.

Does SonaMinds replace the expert?

No. It gives expert knowledge a scalable first access layer. Human judgment remains necessary for high-value, sensitive, or final professional decisions.

Knowledge setup

Sources, Assistants, and citations

What content should I upload first?

Start with curated, high-signal materials: course notes, articles, FAQs, onboarding guides, templates, policies, transcripts, and method explanations. A smaller set of clear sources usually beats a large unreviewed dump.

How can a tutor create an AI assistant from their own teaching materials?

A tutor can start with focused teaching notes, rubrics, feedback templates, student instructions, sample answers, and common student questions, then use SonaMinds to turn those materials into a controlled assistant for students.

Can an AI assistant answer from a consultant's own documents?

Yes. SonaMinds is designed so consultants can build Assistants from their own methods, frameworks, client materials, FAQs, and service boundaries instead of relying only on general model knowledge.

How does SonaMinds keep answers within an expert's source materials?

SonaMinds narrows answers through selected sources, Assistant boundaries, citations where useful, access settings, and escalation rules for unsupported or sensitive questions.

Can I create more than one Assistant?

Yes. Separate Assistants are useful when different audiences, topics, tone, access rules, or knowledge boundaries should not be mixed.

How do citations work?

SonaMinds can show source references where useful so users can inspect the basis of an answer before relying on it. Citations work best when source documents are clearly structured and named.

What should I do when an answer is weak?

Review the source material first. If the Assistant cannot find a clear explanation, add or improve the relevant source, then test the same question again.

Client access

Sharing Assistants safely

Do clients need a SonaMinds account?

No. Experts can share controlled Assistant access without requiring clients, students, members, or visitors to register a SonaMinds account.

Can I set quotas and expiry?

Yes. SonaMinds supports access passes, answer limits, expiry, seats, and usage records so service quality, cost, and client access remain predictable.

Can I put an Assistant on my website?

SonaMinds is designed for client-facing links and website entry points while keeping the expert workspace private. The exact sharing method depends on the Assistant and access settings.

Does SonaMinds charge my clients?

No. SonaMinds does not directly charge your clients or require them to become SonaMinds customers. You keep your customer relationship and billing model.

Pricing and usage

Plans, quotas, and answers

Where are current prices and quotas shown?

Current subscription options, prices, quotas, and checkout are managed in the SonaMinds web app. The public website explains plan structure and intended use cases.

What is an AI answer?

An AI answer is one response generated by a SonaMinds Assistant. If a client asks three questions and receives three responses, that uses three AI answers.

Why do plans include limits?

Limits keep service quality, access, and cost predictable. SonaMinds pricing is about high-quality intelligent knowledge service, not raw storage or unlimited question volume.

Trust boundaries

Accuracy, sensitive data, and deletion

Does SonaMinds guarantee every answer is fully accurate?

No. SonaMinds reduces risk through source grounding, citations, access boundaries, and escalation rules, but AI answers still require human review in legal, medical, financial, safety, and other high-impact contexts.

Should I upload sensitive customer data?

Not by default. Unless you have the necessary authority and an appropriate written agreement with SonaMinds, do not upload sensitive customer data, regulated records, or materials that require strict handling.

What happens when I delete a source?

Deleted knowledge should stop participating in retrieval. Source files, indexed chunks, plan usage, and audit records should be treated as part of a managed lifecycle.

Ready to test with real knowledge?

Start with one focused Assistant, a clear audience, and the strongest source materials you already own.
