What is an AI answer?

An AI answer is one response generated by a SonaMinds Assistant. If a client asks three questions and receives three responses, that uses three AI answers.

Why do plans include limits?

Limits keep service quality and cost predictable. They are not the main value of SonaMinds.

Does SonaMinds charge or bind my own clients?

No. SonaMinds does not charge your clients or require them to register. You keep the customer relationship; SonaMinds provides controlled access links or passes.
